Hi friends! It’s been such a crazy time in our world lately and lot of people are now stuck at home looking for things to keep busy. When a blogger friend suggested we team up to give our readers a few new faces I was all in. I’m thrilled today to get to introduce you to 7 DIY Bloggers to Follow!
So why are we doing this?
Bloggers are a close-knit and supportive community. Many bloggers support their families entirely with their blogs so this time of uncertainty and traffic drops has impacted many bloggers financially.
Bloggers can earn money in several ways. Some do sponsored work with brands, some sell products, and most earn money through Ads on our websites and through affiliate links.
This page contains links to products, if you purchase something after clicking on my link I may earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you). You can read about affiliate links here.
We were matched in groups with bloggers who publish similar projects that will also appeal to our readers. All these amazing DIY bloggers to follow have so many projects I just know you’ll love.
I’ll link to a few of their favorite projects below their pictures and short bio. After you read through this post please give them each a visit.
New DIY Bloggers to Follow
In no particular order I’m thrilled to introduce you to my friends.
First up is Megan from Two Feet First …
I’ve known Megan from Two Feet First for over a year having participated in the monthly At Home DIY challenges. I met her in person at a Blogging Conference in February and just love her!
Megan’s got mad carpentry skills and shares lots of projects for updating your home on a budget. She’s been blogging for 7 years and is currently renovating her kitchen. I can’t wait to see it completed!
Meet Melissa from Welcome to the Woods…
I’ve been in a few of the same blogging groups with Melissa for a few years. She’s the sweetest and her projects are always so beautiful. She leans toward a modern design in her house which is calming and lovely.
Melissa just finished a stairway makeover and she’s excited to renovate her front porch later this spring. It’s even going to have a bed swing!!
Shop the “Girl, Let’s Woodwork!” store.
Next it’s Nicole from Repurpose Life…
Nicole is a new friend but has this girl got some serious DIY talent. Last summer she undertook a full exterior makeover that included lime-washing all the brick!
Just like me, Nicole really loves inspiring others to DIY!
Shop the “Girl, Just Work from Home!” store.
Angie’s turn from House Becoming Home…
Angie’s also a new friend but after spending some time on her blog I know I love her style! And, she has a video that shows you how to cut a circle with a table saw (what?!? mind blown).
Angie’s also a portrait and wedding photographer so the pictures of her work are an amazing must see!!
Shop the “Girl, Let’s Get Crafty!” store.
Say Hi to Sonya from At Home with the Barkers…
Sonya and I have been in blogging groups together for several years. I always love her projects and how creative she gets. I seriously want to copy her black painted bathroom but I’m not so sure I could convince my husband to trust me with that color 🙂
Sonya’s just amazing at budget-friendly room makeovers!
Let’s visit Joanna from In Joanna’s House…
Joanna is also a new friend and relatively new to blogging (only a few months). But she’s got 13 years experience with her husband building and/or renovating their own homes.
You guys, they’re going to DIY build an entire house, and share all the costs as they go. That will be such a fun journey to follow!
OK, my turn 😀
I know, you know me already; but I thought I’d share some of my favorites projects with you again today. I’ve been blogging for 4 years and still loving the journey to be creative and inspire others to DIY.
I haven’t been in the garage lately so I need to get back to it now that the weather is finally getting nice again.
I hope that you find some time to visit all my blogger friends and are inspired by their work.
Be safe everyone!
